Oracle Fusion HCM Data Migration Lead
This is a new contract position for an Oracle Fusion Data Conversion Lead with specific experience in the HCM module particularly, in the Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Absence, Learn and Recruitment sub-modules.
Key Requirements
- Data Conversion Strategy & Architecture-Design & own Data Conversion Framework including mapping, transformation rules, data validation & reconciliation process.
- Technical Leadership- Lead a team of data analysts, provide guidance on HDL, PBL, REST/SOP APIs, for Data loading
- Source System Analysis-Analyse Legacy HRIS Payroll System to assess data quality, identify gaps, define cleansing & enrichment strategies.
- Data Mapping & Transformation-Review Data Mapping & Transformation logics including leveraging any tool for transformation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work together with various stakeholders to co-ordinate conversion timelines and strategies.
- Governance & Documentation-Establish Data Governance Standards, maintain conversion runbooks, ensure audit ready documentation.
- Cutover Planning-Develop & execute Production cutover strategy including fallback & rollback procedures.
